Thank you for being our customer. We strive to ensure our customers satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to an exchange, store credit or a full refund (within 30 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in its original unused / uninstalled condition).
Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
Bags and Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or a full refund.
Shoes must be in brand new condition. Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoebox.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
